[Resolved] Faber — defective part in chimney not replaced | |||
Hi, I have recently purchased faber emerald chimney, and it was installed on 18th october. The push button panel was faulty when the pack was opened by the technician. He has taken a written complaint for the same but there was no response. After which i had called faber customer service tollfree number and registered a complaint but now it has been around two months. I called up mr. Dhiraj singh last week who has escalated it, technician visited my home on 15th december and to my surprise he said the complaint was not yet registered by mr. Avinash dhamale. The part is not available with them and they will get it in 4 days. Can you please reply with what exactly is going on and is it the right way you guys resolve a complaint?
