I had bought a faber brass 4 burner hob one year back. From day 1 i had a problem with the hob with 1 burner not working well and other burner getting switched off by itself. I had called the service center and lodged a complaint then. They came after 2 weeks and said there is no problem without checking anything. Actually we are all govt employees myself a bank manager, my wife a doctor that we dont have time to always lodge a complaint and make an issue about it. Now for the last 4 -5 months, the situation has become so grave that in one burner flame is frequently going off and when we try to burn it again there is a boom boom sound and my mother and servant are really getting scared to use it as they feel it can burst any time. Really really scared. The under part of one burner has already rusted and its so sad and disgusting to see my favourite company's brand getting rusted in 7-8 months time. Really really sad.
The other issue is that cylinder is lasting only for 15 days as lot of gas is being consumed. I strongly believe that the hob is a defective one. I have been asking for a replacement. Please replace the hob asap. If i don't get a solution, then i will have no option other than to take up the matter legally which i dont wish to go for.
Apart from that your customer service has been so pathetic. They dont respond even after lodging complaint now its been more than a week since we lodge comlaint. They behave so irresponsibly and in a rude manner as if they are the md's. Now its high time that we cant tolerate anymore.
