Faber — Dishwasher with a water leakage problem

**Issue Details:**
- After receiving the dishwasher on 22nd May and having a demonstration, I used it for the first time at night to clean the vessels.
- The next morning, I noticed that the side vents through which water enters were leaking, and the dishwasher was full of water.
- Upon checking the tap connection, I confirmed there is no issue with the tap itself.
However, when the tap valve is on, water leaks inside the machine and spills out. When the tap valve is off, there is no leakage.
I have already contacted the service person, who advised that a service is required.
However, considering that this is a brand-new dishwasher, I am not willing to accept a service repair. I believe it is reasonable to expect a fully functional product upon purchase.
