I had registered for a service request with this number [protected] through WhatsApp on 23 Jan explaining that the faber cooktop that we had order through Amazon, as not working properly. Of 4 burners 3 were not working properly.
I got call from them after 5 hours, and on the call I explained the situation and was told the technician will come after 4 days. Which meant we could only cook with just burner for 4 days. Nonetheless I had agreed to this. 7 days later we have had no response from them. As a human being you should have the decency to at least call and inform me if there was going to be a delay.As a Faber customer i expected you people would make sure the request would have been followed through ensuring there would not a delay and if a technician is busy, to get another technician to replace him.
And this is the 2nd time I have had to deal with same problem from the same customer service team.last time when I enquired about the delay to the technician, he showed me that he had only received the service request on his that very morning. Which means for 10 days they didn't do anything!!!
This shows how pathetic your after sales support is. This shows you people hire people no basic human decency let alone training in basic customer service etiquette.
Claiming to provide "Excellent" after sales support is something anyone can advertise. Actually keeping your word and following it through is what matters. This is unacceptable!!!
And based on the myriad of reviews online and everywhere else, it's clear they don't give [censored] about customers or service of any kind. No matter how good you think the product is, DON'T BUY IT. THE Company anD EVERYONE IN IT SUCKS!!! Was this information helpful? |
