1. We have a faber chimney that has lifetime guarantee on fans.
2. We have an amc with s. S. Enterprise, kolkata
3. After a scheduled service (About 1-month + back) done by one of s. S. Enterprise personnel, one fan has started noise.
4. We have informed the enterprise: they had charged rs.200/- to see the problem.
5. Few days back, the s. S. Enterprise has replaced one fan out of two and again charged rs.320/-
* my question is: a. We have amc + life time replaceable guarantee of fans. Why should we pay for replacement service charges?
B. Last time, at the time of replacing one fan, you had replaced both fans based on the scientific logic that rpm of the fans will vary and will affect the kitchen exhaust. This time s. S. Enterprise had replaced one (Left) only after repeated remainder also. Could you please reply me why?
