i have purchased a Faber chimney

Installation of the machine has done 05th of August
From day 1, the machine is making a strange noise
we raise a complaint, 07 August and technician came, but could not able to trace why noise is coming
he dismantles the whole brand new machine
I paid so much money and demanding for complete replacement of the machine if day 1 machine is making noise what will happen after 4-5 yrs
Why customers will suffer after paying so, much money. Why my house has become experiment factory for the company where technicians are coming and changing various parts for a brand new machine.
I am complaining the customer care but not getting much response
Please replace or refund the machine, please do not harass the customer, Why a customer is suffering due to poor quality products, what is customer's mistake? Was this information helpful? |
