I am registering a complaint regarding the service rendered by avon marketing kolkata on 24.12 2016 when the technician mr. Amitava lahiri broke the filter during service and the same has been reported to the technician during the next service.

Before i proceed with this matter to the consumers forum please replace the filters and resolve the issue at the earliest.
