Hi,
I have complained about the faber chimney not working and I know my chimney is in warranty as purchased on18 Jan 2017 . During changing the house the bill and relocation the bill was lost and not able to be tracked in the house. Please check and provide the service for the motor replacement or any other service needed to repair it. I have received a call saying that I need to pay to get the service or otherwise need the bill copy. They have declined my request and PO.
I have attached the details from inside the serial number and model.
