I had purchased the Faber Cook stop stove of above modelIn VIjayawada shop name Image Marketing Agencies, Vijayawda, bunder road, beside manorama hotel Contact number([protected], [protected]) i had purchased on December 4th 2024 after that product has been Installed in Kothagudem after using for 2 months i got problem that out of 4 burners one bIg burner is noot working i called to a store but they were telling that there will charge for travelling to attempt for repairing which in under 1 year Warranty comprhensive and 5 years for Glass and Burners . For the reapir in stove they were tellling that they will charge than what is the meaning of Warranty .

I had purchsed Chimney from them as well of Faber Company they took2 months for Insatallation.

I Need Refund for this product every time for repair warranty cannot pay.
