Mentioned product was bought on 09/06/2019 and stopped working in a month time.Complaint was raised with Faber care with number[protected] on 16/07/2019.Many follow up done with customer care, also issue is escalated to area manager Rahul Yadav multiple time on his phone .What we got is another date and a false promise of fixing.Pathetic service from a company like Faber.Poor product, worst after sale service experience. I have just bought the new chimney and wait for 10 days to install and no one has com for installation so i have arranged the local to installa the same and found one bulb not working and now no one has listen from brand this is so ridiculous service.
