My complaint is against faber customer service for my induction cooktop. the glass of the induction cooktop is broken and hence lodge a complaint to customer service no. [protected] on 5th june-16 (complaint no. 1603). customer care advised that initially i have to order for glass and the glass factory is in pune and it would take apx. 2/3 days for the glass to arrive. service center guy is not definite timeline for the glass to arrive mumbai and after the parts arrive the machine will be repaired. very pathetic customer service of faber. today i repent buying this machine from faber.
