Bad product and worst customer service .
I got Faber Nexus 4 burner for 21k on 15th August 2021 and also paid installation of charge of 3.5k and from the very first day there was problem with one of the burner . After complaining about it to the service Center they sent their service person but he couldn’t fix it and just gave temporary solution for it that we should not use that burner, again complained and this kept going on . Complained about 8 times and no service person could fix the issue . Since a month calling Faber Customer service to send someone to fix it or atleast replace it . There is no responsibility taken by the customer service or the company . Faber company attitude is to just sell their product and make profit . They don’t care about customer service and the worst is that now all the burner have stopped working and we have been complaining about it and there is no response . Customer Service Center gave me the Area Manager Number and his number always seems to be busy . My 21k for this burners was waste . Please please please do not buy their product . My relatives got Elica and Glen product, and there is no complaints in service or their product .
I will be taking my complaint further because bogus company like Faber should be shut down immediately
