The third party (Sri Ram enterprises, owner Prem) service guy came and took the motor of the Faber Chimney on August 22nd and until now they are not responding.

They said the motor has to be replaced.
It's been 10 weeks but no response from your third-party service. (Sri RAM Enterprises).
They are so irresponsible and do not update at all.
When we called them, they used to say New Motor is on the way from Head Office Pune (Faber company).
Again, they told head office had sent wrong motor, and we requested to send correct one.
last week they told your new motor has come and we will come and replace.
On Wednesday they came and bought the old motor, when we asked where the new motor is they said, parts are replaced.
Then we asked for these two months you are saying new motor would be coming from head office and now you are saying same old motor, we asked what is going on and he could not speak and told that he will share his manager number but now he is not picking up the calls.
These third party (Sri Ram Enterprises, owner Prem) has been cheating the customers, they are keeping the original new motor which was sent by the Faber company from head office and giving duplicate parts.
Please take immediate action on this third party from Faber and request to fix it earliest.
Kindly check with them and please request them to fix the Faber chimney at the earliest.
