[Resolved]  Faber Heatkraft Industries Limited — non answer

i have pruchsed faber chimnay four years back . the chimney soesnt work as it should be from the day it is installed . executive visited everytimes calls for as if they are honest and repaired it . but i believe it may have some techinacal or may be its part should be checked. there is no help and reply and also i have not recieved m whole life warranntee and gaurantee car . i have posted the card requiring details already times back. i nees immediate reply or i am forced to function frther as i am now having big trouble with chimney. i will be grateful .
