Faber — Hob glass broken, not providing the spare | |
I have purchased Faber hob on 7th Jul 2016 which has a glass top. The glass got broken and i have raised a request for spare part which is pending from Dec 18th 2020. Everytime I call the concerned person, I am getting a response saying, within 2 days, the item will be delivered and fixed. I have sent many mails, called service centre, however there is no movement in the ticket. Need your help in fixing this ASAP Was this information helpful? | |
