The hob is not working, the issues
1. One burner out of three not working
2. The auto ignition is not working
Purchase date: 17th Aug 2024
One technician visited on 08 April, 2025,
Took money rs 200/-
and said he will retire it, need another 200/-
Took some of it's part, after that never come back. My mother tried to call him he didn't respond.
Today when I call someone from service told, when technician visited the warranty is over, which is impossible since visiting date is 8th April and warranty is getting over on 16th Aug, 2024
Need to escalate this issue ASAP..
