I had purchased a Hobtop gas burner a year back. I had raised a service issue on 28 Jan 2024 vide complaint reference number VIJ[protected], indicating that extra gas is seen coming out of the burner making it more fierce. Despite repeated reminders on the whatsapp number of company and even local service center, the issue has not been attended till date. I had sent mails also to the email ID provided and everytime I got a reply that the complaint has been escalated but no action has happened till date.

Updated by Captain Sanjay Kumar As we are about to see almost a month have passed since registering of complaint but till date it has not resolved. Got a call from Mr. Ashok on last Thursday followed by whatsapp message saying that he will send someone but no one came till date
