Dear Team,
I have faber company HOB as mentioned in subject line. Burners of this HOB got damaged within 3 years of purchase. Now I am calling to faber comany customer care to know the price of burners but they are clearly telling that they don't know the price of burners. Price of burners will be told by the service engineer who will be visiting the complaint. Now I got two different rates from 2 different service engineers of faber. Being a customer I want to know the burners rate from company side and not from the vendors who are visiting. In this process vendors are looting customers like anything.
