Faber — I'm complaining about burner blast in our kitchen and got injured

I have purchased a Frankie Faber Chimney+Hub from Supra Kitchen Developer (Gurgaon), Bill copy is attached herewith for ready reference please. On 01 Jan 2022 one incident took place in our kitchen in which my daughter's got inherited on their feets and unable to walk. Therefore, it is my humble request to kindly do the chimney service and replace hub/Hood which is manufactured defectively.

Updated by Afsanakh It's being a month and my complaint has not been resolved till now. There was serious injury to my daughter's leg and nobody is taking it on urgent basis.
