Not getting customer support for repairing a faulty electric oven. It was attended by the local service provider several times, but need the heating coil to be replaced.
Local service centre expressed their inability to get new coils as this model is now out of manufacture. Faber brought new model ovens and the coils are not available anywhere.
The issue is already intimated to Faber customer care but nothing is happening.
How Faber can say that spares are not available for a product purchased 5 years back.
How people will buy Faber products if there is no support after 5 years?
Do they want us to throw out their products after few years as they are bringing new products with out supporting what is in use?
