On 6th of June 2026, we had purchased a HOB Bella HT 904 and a RO Purifier Altroz Gold. We got the HOB installed, but the RO unit was not installed. After repeated requests and follow up it was confirmed by the technicians that the RO cannot be installed at our premises without causing damage to our existing furniture and fixtures. It was then mutually decided to get refund for the RO. I have made multiple trips to the Anna Nagar showroom to get / initiate the refund, but it is being deliberately kept pending. Lame excuses are being made as it looks like The Faber Company works with only one or two individuals. The eagerness in Sales is missing in Service. During one trip to your showroom, they asked for the copy of Invoice, which they themselves have, then on my next trip they ask for the bank details, on my next trip they say staff on holiday, etc... etc...
