Faber — Installation of Chimney at my home

Address:143/1 N.S.C.Bose Road, Kolkata

On 13.01.2021, I have purchased a chimney from Fundamental, South City, Kolkata. I have faced lots of problem during installation. Actually they have not installed properly. Inspite of so many persuasion with company as well as shop, no action has been taken. Have I done mistake by purchasing product of faber?
