Aber customer care,
I am one of the most unhappy Faber customer. I have purchased Faber inbuild 4 burner stove. There is burner issue facing for last 4 months. One service engineer came asked invoice which got missed and than I called him many time to do service which I pay and than no response from local service.
After I have logged again with Faber and ticket number The following complaint numbers are pending in our system against your mobile number. Please select your complaint number is below.

I have asked remind many times in WhatsApp. Called customer care and every time they says escalated and it’s month but no response.
I never seen such a bad service in my life. I think Faber making fools to customer. One they sale and than they don’t care . Even no one worries to check pending tickets. I have doubt weather they have customer support or not. I have wasted my time to follow up which is more wastage of my time. I am going to tag all Faber leadership in tweeter soon. This is radiculas support . I will wait for one day to go for consumer court as well.
