I had purchased Faber cooktop on 9th Feb and almost after two weeks the two out of three knobs do not work properly.
It's been almost 6 days now complaint being registered without solution.
Since the product is under warrenty I thought the service would be free but the company asks for travel expenses as the technician has to visit my home (Katni MP) from different city Jabalpur and these charges were not at all explained to me while selling the product.
I'm very disappointed with the service as I trusted the brand name and bought the product thinking I'll get quick and free service across India but tired with follow-ups.
Request Faber to look into this matter urgently and do not charge customers for travel as it's part of the service if you really want to be ahead of your competitors. Was this information helpful? |
