Faber — lifetime warranty - no use | |||
We have purchased faber chimney glass plus 60 ltw on 02/12/2014 vide bill no. 157-bgd12-14si 75. Recently we faced problem. Glass dislocate from chimney. We have complaint to faber for replacement as its cover under life time warranty as it was manufacturing defect and not any act of human. They refused it and charged rs. 1500/- for fixing glass with chimney. Is this not wrong on the part of faber like company? They have to do it this type of work without any cost as it was attached with their name. Think they do not bother after sales. We got another experience of faber - at the time of fixing glass we show them working of chimney which was not proper as it exhausting steam but making our vessels dirty of entire kitchen. Service centre person told us that your installation was not done proper. For faber information, installation guy was from same service centre and charged heavily rs. 1900/- for duck, piping and installation at the time of installation still not fixed proper chimney. Now same service centre person was asking rs. 1200/- for refixing chimney. Is it fare from the part of faber? Faber should take action against service centre and ask to reinstallation without any charge. And also return charges of manufacturing defect. After all it was attached with faber name. Called your cust care helpline no[protected] atleast 10 times today but every time call is deliberately disconnected by some one without speaking a word. Pathetic would be an understatement for the service
