Faber — manufacturing fault of cooking range

I purchased last month a cooking range of faber company which cost 46000 and we are not able to use it as it has some manufacturing fault such as the dishes cannot keep properly. We complained to the shop and the service man came to see it and he couldn't rectify it as it was manufacturing fault. The dishes are not getting hot as the previous one which is of different company. Therefore we would like to have another cooking range in return or refund the amount. Contact number [protected].
