We purchased a Faber Mixer Grinder 1000W on 26th January 2022 from Reliance Digital at New Prabhadevi. On 9th Feb we realised that the smallest jar (which was never used) was not working and hence lodged a complaint. The technician came in and said that the part needs to be replaced. Between 15th Feb '22 and 23rd March '22 I have called them multiple times and get the same answer that the part has not yet arrived. If a newly bought mixer is non-functional shouldn't someone look into it seriously??
I tried to contact their Zonal officer Mr. Sandeep Salvi but either the phone is busy or is not picked up. Even sent him a whatsapp msg with my complain number but no response yet.
