My 4 month old faber chimney is not working. i lodged a complaint through customer care on 02.04.2022. My complaint no is Del[protected]. After visit of the executive it is found that motor and control circuits are not working and they will replace it. it has been more than 20 days i am following up but no one is responding and changing the defaulted parts.
