Faber — No/Bad after sales service
I purchased Faber Hob on Feb2015. It has a issue with on burner and logged a complaint (No.[protected] with Faber customer care. Service person visited couple of days after and said that he will be back with new burner within a week. He never came back, however periodically I do get calls from service center says that we are sending a person next day to resolve the issue. After a month on first complain, I logged another complaint (No.[protected]. Even though no solution. And I got Bangalore service Manager phone no. I called him many time, no response at all (once got message saying 'Driving'). I am clueless how to get it sort this out Pleas don't buy any Faber products. No service, Worthless. Faber, if you can't provide after sales service, please stop selling your products
