Faber — Non-attending of general service within warranty period | |||
I purchased a Faber chimney on 22-10.2014 and the same was installed on 3.10.2014 by the authorised service agency, Chennai . From the day onwards none has turned up to attend the general service as applicable from the area service centre . Now the chimeny is not working . As sch, a complaint ( Complint No.[protected] was registered on 14.3.2016 with M/s Faber to attend general service, motor repair, lighting in side the chimney but in vain. The company authorised service represenative is asking Rs. 500/- for general service alone . To touch the product, customer has to pay the charges of not lessthan Rs. 500/- per occasion . The authorised service agency had not visited to the customer's place within warranty period . After sale there is no mechanism with the company to take care of the product within the warranty period. The product is not performing to the required level.
