Faber — Poor Product design and Service

I purchased Faber Cook top with model number B081TJ29BR on[protected] through Amazon portal.
Initial year was a big issue where we could not find the right service centre and getting the service is a very big hectic job. Model is such that you cant deep clean the cooktop. If something gets spilled it cant be deep cleaned even by the service person. For these 4 years than the stove cost I paid the service charge more. If milk gets spilled then we need to change the nipple inside each time which costs you around 350. Just to change that the service person will charge you 720Rs. He did zero service other than changing that nipple.
I took AMC for servicing from the company itself they mentioned deep cleaning of the hob will be covered for 3 times a year and chimney cleaning for 2 times. And today service person came and mentioned like only the burner cleaning will be covered in the service not deep cleaning. Just for burner cleaning do they expect me to pay 3500 in advance. If I need to change the cooktop also we need to change the complete granite which is a double loss from my end just because of the worst service and functioning of the cooktop.
