Faber — poor quality of circuit board | |||
I bought faber chimney in 2018 and got it installed and served by calling customer care. Within a month, the circuit board failed and i was informed that voltage fluctuations will lead the circuit board. As all other household appliances were working fine and voltage protection is provided in the mains, we decided to install an additional stabiliser for the chimney. Even after installation of stabiliser, the circuit board has again failed. The service engineer says replaced circuit boards have no warranty and we have to pay every time circuit board fails. As no other home appliance, including cooking range, acs, tv's ate all working fine, i can only attribute it to poor quality product. There is no protection given to customer as they conveniently blame the eb. My advice to buyers of faber would be to avoid their products. Their quality is not good.
