Faber — Poor Service | |
I had purchased faber jumbo 3bb glass cooktop. Within a year it had burner issues. The tech came once nd repaired it and now after a year has been completed there is again problem with burners. Thankfully since it is within warranty it will be replaced without cost but the service is so poor. I am waiting for the new burners since last 40 days and even today they say it will take another 15 days and that too they are not sure about the delivery. They do not have any escalation matrix, the area manager and the tech/service center manager are the only ones you can contact and get the updates. I wasnt aware importing of burners for faber is such a difficult task. Now 2 of my burners were already in bad condition and the 3rd one is also not working now. I will never recommend anyone to buy faber cooktops. Was this information helpful? | |
