Faber — Product customer service and quality | |||
I purchased faber water purifier in oct 2019. Attached invoice. After that in july 2020, i replaced new water purifier with service charge of rs.1560. Kept on calling customer care with reply of no personnal available. We were complete stunned by seeing cocroach in the enclosure of water container, which i believe is completely ridiculous. I have attached image of same. Really bad service and also its mainly a big health concern. Was this information helpful? | |||
