I have purchased the Chimney on 01.07.2022 from Vasanth & Co- Sholinganallur location and Chimney Model No: HOOD EEL3D BK60 SL.No:G[protected].
On same day 01.07.2022 the FABER installation technician came for installation (Kitchen Care Services, Thoraipakkam chennai 600097).
During installation the outer black cover meatal sheet was wrongly cutted for cable routing and they managed the damaged area by using the black insulation tape and also Not used right fasteners and not aligned the cover according to hole match to fix the screws While I asking the technician why you have done like this, he replied that was happed unknowingly!!! ( I cant understand such answer from the Technician) and was irresponsible.( Technician Name: Karthi Sasi Contact No: [protected]).some what they managed the work and they left.
Paid 3500 for over all material & installation which is not at all acceptable for such improper installation.
Next day from 02.07.2022 till today 21.07.2022 I was following with Kitchen Care Services team for asking the replacement of the damage cover, but no proper response till today. ( Contact No:[protected]) i have shared all the photos of the damaged cover and but still every time they are asking the photos and details.
Henceforth, i kindly requesting you to look into this matter and arrange for the replacement of the chimney as soon as possible. ( Appreciate if done by end of this week).
