This is regarding the service request BLR[protected]. I got the service done on Tuesday. A person named Imran from BS enterprises, bangalore has come and he was very reluctant to open the Hob and clean it as I rejected the service of chimney. Only on customer support confirmation he cleaned it. He doesn't have basic knowledge that the knobs and cock valve should not be cleaned with acid. He cleaned the knobs and cock valve with acid and now the cock valve is kind of restrictive. He didn't even fit the knobs properly. I had to raise another request to get this rectified. But the looks and functioning of the knobs are not as smooth as they were. When we spoke to the manager Surya of BS Enterprises, he wasn't ready to take the responsibility and but finally agreed to send the technician again the next day. They failed to keep up the promise.request Frankie to take due diligence in this and pay attention in resolving the customer issues.
More over he was insisting us to reach him out directly instead of faber customer support and he would charge less comparatively.
Take away for this is I have paid 750/- to Frankie and BS ENTERPRISES to screw up a well working Hob in the name of cleaning. Was this information helpful? |
