I have registered complaint for Faber service center on May 29th about my hob auto ignition was not wroking, I never got proper response form the faber service center, finally after 1.5 months have asked for the service center contact number, I contacted them .
Again the irresponsibly continues after 2 weeks of follow up i got a service engineer at my house . As per him some instrument has to be replaced in the hob . He said with in 3 days it will replaced .And my complaint will be solved.
Now today is august 7 still my problem is not solved. Every time i call a service center they say they will get back in 10 minutes and after that no response.
If faber cannot give a proper service to the product which they are selling . why the hell they are selling product.
I don't know how this consumer complaint help me . But i want to make sure that if products are getting sold in india they should give a service at a appropriate time .
I have been talking to KK service center in bangalore
