I had purchased a Faber chimney online, now I got issue in opening of chimney flap and in sensor too, i lodged a complain earlier to got my issue resolve, but at the time of complaining I got assurance that within 48 hours engineer will come and get ride on issue but the engineer came after 4 days and he gave assurance to solve the same tomorrow but I waited for him more than a week, and called up then he replied that he will come tomorrow and fix, he came and charged 2500/- for replacing a part and again gave assurance that he will solve the sensor issue within a week but after few days I observed that flap is not opening smoothly nor closing. I again lodged a complain regarding the same on 8 april and as per the customer care they will take 48 hours to attain, but even after 4 days of complain non of the engineer visited nor there is any communication.
