Faber — Replacement of oven door

We have got a oven in faber. The door has got a problem where am unable to open and oven and use it. I have raised a complaint to them and told they will replace the door. It is more than 5 to 6 months still they have not changed the door and am unable to use it. Mr Karthick ([protected])is coordinating with me and when ever i call he said we will get it done asap. But till date nothing has happen. Please look into this issue and resolve it asap.
