We have Purchased Faber company chimney on 01/11/2023.The chimney was installed following all provided guidelines, and I ensured regular maintenance as recommended by Faber. But on 11/11/2024 it's unexpectedly burst and caused extensive damage to my kitchen. Due to this incident, not only was the chimney destroyed the surrounding area including our kitchen tiles also damaged.
This incident not only caused significant property damage but also posed a severe risk to the safety of my family.
After this incident in the same day We have raised the complaint regarding this through watsapp which is suggested from customer care number available in google.also mail sent to "ks-customercare.[protected]@franke.com" .Also we reached out customer care through [protected] .and reached out nearest service center. Service boy visited but he not gave proper response for the incident. Post that we tried many time to connect with customer care but they are keeping on giving time line for the next day again if we call next day they will postpone to next day of the day. When we call and start ask for the update they used to say will call you back in sometime but till today we haven't recived any call from customer care. They are not responding properly at all.
We also visited nearest branch and informed the management regards the incident many times. But they haven't pleased the things and response for the incident . I need immediate revert and response regarding this incident . Was this information helpful? |
