I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received regarding a brand new kitchen chimney I purchased. This chimney, which includes an LPG gas leakage detection safety feature, has been non-functional since the day of installation.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this critical safety issue, I have encountered significant negligence and unacceptable behavior from your customer care department. It took three weeks to dispatch a technician, who, unfortunately, lacked even basic knowledge about sensors and their functionality. After considerable effort, a service ticket was finally opened to replace the faulty LPG sensor. However, I was then informed that I would have to wait two to three months for this part, which typically costs no more than Rs 200 in the market.
This level of delay and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I urge you to prioritize this issue and provide an immediate resolution.
