Disappointed with the service... the India Goa team simply is truly incapable of handling or treating customers. FABER promises it's customers #saferwithfaber .. it is hashtag used on most of thier posts...but do you live up to this?

Just to give you guys a background, I had purchased a FABER Alkaline water purifier on 31st march this year and registered my first complaint due to malfunctioning of the purifier on May 19 th.2022. less than 2 months o[censored]se. It's been 5 months and the product is only being repaired and sent back repeatedly only to breakdown again.. this has been repeatedly happening for the past 5 months.. n now there is water leaking from the product which is a hazard as it could cause a shock or electric fire endangering life .. This has created a lot of stress for me and my parents (both senior citizens) who are using the product.
Finally i asked the Faber team to either replace the product/ refund my money but they have the audacity to tell me that the company is not replacing the product but again they will repair and send it.
This is from faber Goa service team - Pravin( the technician) and Amarjeet Naik(supervisor)...
