Faber — Worst Faber RO Product || Deceived Customer

Hi All,

I have purchased Faber Galaxy Plus RO on 29th Sep 2019(Serial No B07V24N9JV). From the last week, purification water has not been coming to the purifier water tank.

Afterward, I have called Faber support number([protected]) & the service engineer has visited my home. They said the issue with the pump and I need to change the pump. The cost is Rs 3200.

Please tell me one thing, What product Faber is selling to the customer? If I bought it from a local water purifier the product lifetime is more than 5 years. However, the Faber RP product is not even coming 2 years.

Please Note: My usage is max 3 liters per day. Also, within one and a half years, I have done a 3-time filter service as well.

Please help me here.
