My Faber chimney was not working...
I made a call to customer care on 22nd October, they the technician will come in 24hours.
But it took 20days to come on 12th November techinician arrived.
Later the technician took my chimney board and left.
It's past 20days no one came to repair it.
I have been making calls to service centers, but they are giving harsh answers.
