Purchased their Newest 4 way suction aerospace chimney in Oct 2020,
- When the product was received the small fan in the front was not working, i logged a complaint about the damaged product, they sent someone after 20, 25 days after constantly following up 7 within those 20 days itself the bulb under the chimney stopped working, then the different speed buttons at the front even they started blinking for no reason, they sent technicians to solve the issue, but they are so rude, and also their staff at Faber customer service have behavioral issues, they will provoke in such a laughing tone, as if we have made a mistake by buying the product, & they simply say, ya you should not have purchased from Faber now you are stuck with us..
But what are we mad to buy such an expensive chimney and face the repetitive issue. I have face these same issue 4, 5 time repetitively within the span of 2 months.
Please help we, what can i do to solve this?? Can i just get the refund or replacement, how do i log a complaint against them?? Was this information helpful? |
