I have raised the complaint regarding my hob which i have bought 1 month back. Once a technician visited and he asked for the warranty card and invoice detail, after that i watsapped those details to this number :[protected]. Then i am following with this number but am nt getting any response. Also i have called to customer care several times and every time customer care person is giving me assurance that they will call me back but i am not getting any update on this.
Now this hob is behaving crazy. Yellow flame is coming over the burner, sometimes gas comes out of burner heavily which is dangerous, small burner is not working properly through the auto ignition. Its not more than one month and i am not going to put any spare parts on it. If the product s getting worse in one month how will i believe that it will work fine after warranty period.
When i am speaking with service centre they are instructing me to speak with customer care, then i am calling to customer care they are instructing me to speak with dealer and when i am speaking with dealer he is instructing me to speak with service centre. So basically i have trapped in this nexus which is moving through round robin fashion without any conclusions.
Now they have given karnataka regional manager's number. Mr jagadeesh. Who either will disconnect my call or make his phone off. I have textes several times but no response yet.
Suce a reputed company and the service is below standard. Really frustrated with this guys. Was this information helpful? |
