I had availed fabfresh service for dry cleaning of clothes with 50% discount. Order id is24717. During delivery they haven't given any discount and alternately they said, the amount will be credited in my account. The same can be used in future orders. But when i booking order, the customer center personnel confirmed that no money added in my account.
When i try to call and enquire, the manager is not responding properly and continue to cut my call.
The amount to be credited in my account is around rs. 1700.
I would like lodge the complaint against fab fresh.
