I had provided 10 pair of shirts and trousers for dry-cleaning to fabfresh (Order no 5709). After three weeks of repeated calling they delivered 7shirts and 8 trousers uncleaned.
Thereafter it has been a really miserable experience for me trying to follow up on my complaint. Calls to fabfresh customer service number drop, agents have no clue about the issue and no one calls backs with an update. Was this information helpful? |
