I gave my bag full of cloths around 4 kg in weight on 16 september 2019. They promised to deliver it on 19th september. Its already 23rd september and no response from the customer care. All the numbers are switched off. Even delivery agent6is unreachable. I mailed them many times and just replying that it will be delivered soon.
