I had booked a laundry order through bro4u website and fabfresh was given by them as the service provider. They collected my laundry on sunday dec 2nd. Today is friday dec 7th i have still not got my laundry nor have i got he status of it. The customer care numbers of fabfresh and bro4u are going unanswered for past 2 days. The delivery boy who picked up my clothes was rude and told me to call someone else. The one call center number that finally answered said she is on leave and will call tomorrow. I have no idea what has happened to my clothes, whether they have been damaged or what. I dont know how to solve this. Request some help on solving this issue Was this information helpful? |
